We recently acquired Planning approval for this 3 bed house in Shepton Mallet.
We were restricted by the awkward nature of the site, the requirements of the Conservation department and close proximity of neighbouring houses, however by using a split-level arrangement with double-height living space opening onto the front garden and a garage beneath the bedrooms we have achieved a high quality design that sits well within the site context and offers excellent living spaces and amenities.
